T2201 Disability Tax Credit (DTC) application
The T2201 form is the form you will need to apply for for the DTC. You can apply online, by phone or by mail.
My DTC is an online app created by our partners at Disability Alliance BC (DABC) to guide you through the DTC application process. It provides detailed information about related benefits, eligibility, and more. The app includes tools to help you apply for the DTC.
